Privacy Policy

• From Google sign-in: your name and email address. We don't get your Google password or anything else from your Google account.
• Your voice: the takes you record in the browser, your spoken consent statement, and the short reference clip we keep to make your AI voice.
• Your material: the files you upload and any topic you type, plus the text we extract from them.
• What you make: every version of your drafts (script and slides), the slide images, and your finished videos and their audio.
• Your feedback: ratings and notes you give your videos and your AI voice.
• Usage logs: records of what you do in the app (for example, when a draft or render starts, finishes or fails), how much computing it used, and standard technical logs such as IP addresses kept by our hosting providers.

• To run AI Slide for you: draft your script and slides, narrate them in your voice, and make your video.
• To keep your account working: signing you in and showing you your projects.
• To enforce quotas and daily limits, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
• To fix problems and improve the product, using usage logs and ratings.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your voice is used only to narrate your own videos. It is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, and never shared with other users. When you accept your AI voice, we delete the practice takes and keep only the reference clip, your consent statement and the short preview of your AI voice. You can delete your voice at any time in Settings.

We use these service providers to run AI Slide. They process your data on our behalf:

• Google for sign-in.
• Supabase for our database and authentication (your account, drafts and records).
• Cloudflare R2 for file storage (recordings, uploads, slide images and videos). Files are private and shared only through short-lived links.
• Modal for computing: reading your files, rendering slides and narrating videos, including running the voice model.
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes requests to, for drafting. The text of your uploaded material (or your topic) and your drafts are sent to them to write and check the script. Don't upload confidential material or other people's personal information.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.

Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries.

We keep your data until you delete it. Deleting your voice or a project removes its files. Deleting your account removes everything: your voice, projects, uploads, drafts, videos, ratings, usage records and the account itself.

• Download your data: Settings → Your data → Export my data gives you a file with everything we hold about you, with links to your recordings and videos.
• Delete your data: delete your voice or any project in Settings, or delete your whole account there.
• Correct your profile: change your name and details in Settings.

AI Slide is only for people aged 18 and over. The only cookies we use are the ones needed to keep you signed in.
